Graduation Ceremony for Class of 2021-2023
On 17 February 2023, the OSCE Academy had its Graduation Ceremony for students of the MA Programmes in Politics & Security and Economic Governance & Development 2021-2023. Overall 25 graduates from Afghanistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan received their degrees.

Guest Lecture on Financial Literacy
On 7 February 2023, Kubanych Musuraliev, Head of Financial Literacy Department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, delivered a guest lecture on "Financial Literacy and Financial Success" to students of the BA Programme and MA Programmes of the OSCE Academy.

OSCE FSC SU Representatives visit the OSCE Academy
On 31 January 2023, OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation (FSC) Support Unit (SU) representatives, accompanied by staff members of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, visited the OSCE Academy. Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the Academy, and Victoria Orazova, Head of International Office, welcomed distinguished guests and briefed on the Academy's activities.

OSCE Academy Post-Doc Research Fellow has been accepted for a Harvard University Fellowship at Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies
Dr. Rahat Sabyrbekov, OSCE Academy Post-Doc Research Fellow, has been accepted for a Fellowship at Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University. Dr. Sabyrbekov will be a Fellow from September 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024.

On 27 January 2023, the OSCE Academy MA students and staff member hosted an online information session for prospective MA students. The session provided applicants with general information about the OSCE Academy, MA Programmes, the application process, and unique opportunities offered to its students and graduates.

Signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation with International University of Kyrgyzstan
On 26 January 2023, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by Dr. Elena Savchenko, Rector of the International University of Kyrgyzstan (IUK), and Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the Academy. During the ceremony, hosted by IUK, representatives of the two Parties had an opportunity to discuss the areas for collaboration and identify the steps for further implementation.

On 24 January 2023, the OSCE Academy signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Kyrgyz Economic University. The document was signed by Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the Academy, and Dr. Almaz Kadyraliev, Rector of Kyrgyz Economic University.

OSCE Academy and State Personal Data Protection Agency establish Cooperation
On 23 January 2023, the OSCE Academy signed an Agreement with the State Personal Data Protection Agency allowing its graduates to intern at the Agency within the Junior Public Officers Programme (JPO).

OSCE Academy Representatives attend MOCCA Conference in Istanbul
Between 3-6 January 2023, OSCE Academy representatives, Alina Alymkulova, HR Specialist, and Aibek Samakov, Research and Training Specialist, participated in conference within the research project "MOCCA: Multilevel Orders of Corruption in Central Asia," a Horizon 2020 project led by the University of Lund, Sweden.
