From 28 November to 2 December 2022, a short-term course "Introduction to East Asian Politics" was held at the OSCE Academy. The 5-day course was aimed at providing eight Bishkek-based university students with basic knowledge of East Asian history, political transformation, political economy, conflicts and territorial disputes.

On 18 November 2022, the OSCE Academy hosted a launch of the Russian edition of the book "Russia and Development: Capitalism, Civil Society and the State" by Charles Buxton, a civil society development researcher, activist and consultant. Charles Buxton welcomed the participants of the event and shared his experience of working in the non-government sector in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.

On 18 November 2022, the OSCE Academy held Open House Day for Bishkek-based applicants. Dr. Alexander Wolters, Director of the OSCE Academy, welcomed the participants of the information session and gave an overview of activities of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek.

On 15 November 2022, Nima Khorrami, Associate Research Fellow at the OSCE Academy, delivered a public lecture on "Iran’s Aspirations and Prospects in the Emerging Chinese-Indian Nexus in Central Asia and the Caucasus." The lecturer elaborated on Iran's interests, attempts and patterns of deeper engagement in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Mr. Nima indicated two points of Iran’s engagements with CA/C.

On 11 November 2022, the OSCE Academy was honored to host the Permanent Representatives of France, Germany, the UK, and the US to the OSCE accompanied by the Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek.

On 29-30 October 2022, the OSCE Academy hosted a workshop on "Good Governance and Security Sector Reform in Central Asia," with the participation of 20 students and alumni of the OSCE Academy from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

On 24 October 2022, Dr. Rahat Sabyrbekov, Post-Doc Fellow at the OSCE Academy, and Alchynbek Badilbek uulu, Research Assistant at the OSCE Academy, presented Preliminary Research on Electric Vehicles in Bishkek. Representatives of authorized government bodies, international organizations and business participated in the event.

On 24 October 2022, Dr. Eva Seiwert, Associate Research Fellow at the OSCE Academy, delivered an offline public lecture on "Expanding the 'Shanghai Cooperation Organization Family': China's Search for Partners with Shared Worldviews." Students of the MA Programme in Politics and Security Programme also took part in the lecture within the International Relations course led by Dr. Viktoria Akchurina.
