Norwegian Institute of International Affairs

The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) is the key donor and partner of the OSCE Academy and a member of the Academy’s Board of Trustees. The Norwegian government has supported the partnership with several large grants which supported the launch of the second MA Programme in Economic Governance and Development as well as provided assistance to teaching, student stipends and internships, to the Alumni Network, to Postdoctoral Research Fellowship, conferences and and the Academy’s Professional Training programme. The staff and researchers of NUPI regularly conduct teaching modules at both graduate programs of the Academy, while about five students enrolled at the Academy and two alumni spend productive research-oriented internships at NUPI in Oslo as well as several other European institutions every year thanks to the Academy's partnership with NUPI.
