Professor Dr. Anja Mihr speaks at the the European Human Rights Forum

On 12 October Dr. Anja Mihr, DAAD Associate Professor at the OSCE Academy, and member of the EU Fundamental Rights Agency Scientific Committee (FRA SC), together with her colleagues from the SC presented at the EU Fundamental Rights Forum 2021 in Vienna, latest challenges in inter- and transdisciplinary research to measure the impact of human rights. The talks were reasserting how human rights matter and rebuilding trust to show that Europe cares for its people. Prof. Mihr presented on political science research methods in the area of human rights, at the panel on Multi-disciplinary approach to human rights.

The European Union's Fundamental Rights Forum 2021 is the centre stage for human rights dialogue. It aimed at building a new vision of hope in a post-pandemic world, shaping and proposing ideas and solutions, in the face of pressing human rights challenges in the European Union and beyond. It brought together human rights institutions, defenders and practitioners, as well as a wide range of partners and social actors, with a particular focus on youth and young people.
