The OSCE Academy in Bishkek conducts its 4th training on regulatory impact analysis in the context of national development policies.
This practice-oriented course benefits from highly experienced public policy and RIA trainers and is tailored for junior and mid-level officials from all Central Asian countries who use RIA in their daily work and for those who want to get an insight into the RIA process to influence policy decisions.
The interactive format discloses subject of state regulation and citizen participation in the political decision-making, special types of analysis: analysis of the effect on competition; anticorruption analysis, complex analysis projects, including investment analysis, analysis of the political and social impact analysis of the impact on the environment.
Due to high demand this year the academy is offering the training twice. The first group of participants include 20 people from ministries, national research institutions, government and non-governmental organizations from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
