Visit of the Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Finland in Kazakhstan

On 02 November 2023, the OSCE Academy welcomed Ms. Helena Bogdan, First Secretary and Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Finland in Astana. Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the OSCE Academy, introduced the Academy's activities, achievements, and plans for the near future. Following the introduction, Ms. Bogdan met MA and BA students of the Academy and shared her educational and professional experiences. During the informal discussion students also shared backgrounds and academic interests and were eager to learn more about the education system in Finland, its tax system, and Ms. Bogdan's views on the current regional developments.
