OSCE Academy's Postdoctoral Research Fellow participates in the Seventh CAREC Think Tank Development Forum

Postdoctoral Research Fellow Burulcha Sulaimanova presented the empirical findings from the research titled 'Digitalization of Infrastructure and Decarbonization In Central Asia: Opportunities and Challenges' at the Seventh CAREC Think Tank Development Forum held on August 16-17, 2023, in Urumqi, People's Republic of China. This research was collaboratively prepared with coauthors Rahat Sabyrbekov and Aijan Sharshenova, the Postdoctoral Research Fellows at the OSCE Academy.
