Dr Helge Blakkisrud (PhD in Political Science from the University of Oslo) is a Senior Researcher, Research Group on Russia, Asia and International Trade, Norwegian Institute of International Affairs, Norway. Dr. Blakkisrud teaches Nation, State and Nationalism at the OSCE Academy.
