Board of TrusteesThe Board of Trustees of the OSCE Academy is a corporate body created to govern the management and operations, of the OSCE Academy . It shall have all the powers and duties specified in the Regulations, and the Charter of Academy, as registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 6 August 2004. The Board of Trustees is constituted, as noted in the Charter of the OSCE Academy, by five representatives of each of the Central Asian states, two representatives of the OSCE, two representatives of academic institutions respectively academic individuals and three representatives of the donor community. The Central Asian Governments, Finland, Germany, Canada, USA, Geneva Center for Security Policy, OSCE Centre in Bishkek and the OSCE Conflict Prevention Center are represented on the Academy's Board of Trustees. The trusteeships of the OSCE, donor community and the Central Asian states are institutional and not individual.
