12-25 November 2007. The Raoul Wallenberg Institute (RWI) jointly with the OSCE Academy organized a two week training of trainers (ToT) on human rights and capacity building. ToT programme followed models developed by RWI consisting of individual presentations, case studies and group discussions on human rights in the respective countries of participants. The burden of the training was to strengthen and extend attainments in the field of human rights, national implementation procedures and its monitoring mechanisms. The training was financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
