The OSCE Academy issued book named “Legal aspects of the Border Management in Central Asia” following the research project implemented since 2005 to 2006. Researchers from Kazakh Republic (A.Sabyrov), Kyrgyz Republic (V.Kiyutin), Republic of Tajikistan (T.Bayandinov), Turkmenistan (Ch. Muradov) and Republic of Uzbekistan (J.Haydarov) took part in this project. Research team was supervised by Prof. M. Imanaliev (Kyrgyz Republic).

 

The aim of research project is to analyze existing legislation in the field of and related to the border management in all five Central Asian states of the former USSR. All records are presented as of February 2006. You can download electronic version of the book in here.
