Regional Seminar on Rule of Law and International Negotiation Processes
A Regional Seminar on Rule of Law and International Negotiation Processes took place at the OSCE Academy from 13 to 17 April, 2006.
Some 25 regional participants representing Ministries of Interior, Justice, Foreign Affairs, Economy and Finance, and the Central Asian academic circles took part in the training. Trainers were Dr. Paul Meerts, Special Advisor from the Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael and Dr. M. Olivier Ribbelink of T.C.M Asser Institute, the Hague, the Netherlands. Programme included theory and practice of negotiation processes and rule of law concepts with case studies, role plays and group exercises. |
