Asyl Osmonalieva, one of the participants of the OSCE Academy's Central Asian Summer Programme for Journalists received an honorable award from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for her publication "Kyrgyzstan: the split in the society does not mean the collapse of the country".

Asyl Osmonalieva's publication was prepared in the course of the Central Asian Summer Programme for Journalists and nominated for the special UNHCR award among more than hundred applications from journalists of public and private Media Agencies from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
