OSCE OSCE Bishkek

The Advisory Council of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek is appointed by the Director of the Academy and confirmed during the Board of Trustees meeting. The Advisory Council is open to partner institutions and experienced individual academics who co-operated with the OSCE Academy.
 
Members of the Advisory Council may be asked for their opinion on all significant educational, training and research issues of the OSCE Academy, such as the future educational or scientific orientation and its possible changes, accepting new visiting faculty or researchers, organization of international meetings or changes in the general study regulations. The academic opinion of members of the Advisory Council shall serve as a recommendation for the proceedings of the Academy and for the decisions of Director.
 
The meetings of the Advisory Council are convened and chaired by the Director of the Academy. The Advisory Council does not need to meet physically. The membership in the Advisory Council is a position of honor.
