Ismadiyar Samaganov Junior Administrative Assistant

Ismadiyar Samaganov graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn in 2016. He received a Master's degree in "Jurisprudence" in 2018. He is a graduate of the OSCE and ACCELS program "Internship in Parliament". Prior to joining the Academy, he was a civil, labor and administrative lawyer.
